Recruiting Sourcer

About the Role:

• You'll build strong candidate pipelines for technical and business positions.
• You'll partner closely with recruiting teams and hiring managers to create an efficient candidate experience.
• You'll own relationships and administrative tasks related to external recruiting partners.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can engage candidates authentically.
• You are highly organized, able to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving remote environment.
• You're resourceful, curious, and comfortable with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Slack.
