Role Overview:

• Lead HR Operations for BJAK's global team, owning the operational foundation across multiple countries.
• Ensure HR processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable as the company grows.
• This is a hands-on role requiring process building and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the global employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Oversee HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with local partners.
• Improve operational efficiency through process redesign and automation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in HR Operations with experience supporting employees across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of global HR operations, compliance, and HR systems.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with process improvement across cultures.
