Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for client questions, concerns, renewals, and account updates.
- Monitor client usage, adoption, and overall account health.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Proven track record of hitting renewal targets and upsell quota.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: OTE $100,000–$130,000 CAD (includes base salary + commission).
- 15 vacation days, company-wide holiday week closure, and 5 paid sick days.
