What you will do:

  • Complete a comprehensive onboarding program to develop expertise in cybersecurity, HackerOne’s platform, enterprise prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and modern sales methodologies.
  • Build strong partnerships with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to execute coordinated account-based outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Demonstrate an AI First mindset by thoughtfully leveraging AI-powered tools to improve prospect research, personalize outreach, increase productivity, and continuously improve prospecting quality.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or other outbound prospecting role.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting cold calls and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling, personalized prospecting emails.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and account-based prospecting techniques.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding outbound activity or pipeline generation goals.
