Customer Success Manager

What You'll Do:

• Drive strategic value for a portfolio of accounts and craft long-term adoption strategies.
• Facilitate executive meetings, boost NPS, and partner with Sales for expansion.
• Guide customers on best practices for digital interviewing and advocate internally.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS with HR/Talent Acquisition knowledge.
• Outstanding communication and C-suite presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; self-starter with strong organizational skills.
