Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare clinics across the U.S.
- Conduct brief surveys focused on after-hours and emergency response protocols.
- Ask approximately 3 standardized questions per call.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
- Paid training typically 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM –6:00 PM CST.
Compensation:
- Starting at $14/hour + $1/hr shift differential for nights/weekends.
- Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center or office experience required.
- Must be 18+ and pass a background check.
- Must have secure high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
