Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare clinics across the U.S.
  • Conduct brief surveys focused on after-hours and emergency response protocols.
  • Ask approximately 3 standardized questions per call.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
  • Paid training typically 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM –6:00 PM CST.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $14/hour + $1/hr shift differential for nights/weekends.
  • Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center or office experience required.
  • Must be 18+ and pass a background check.
  • Must have secure high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
