About the Role:

  • You will lead and transform the Product Support team, managing 3 product support engineers.
  • Own the end-to-end support experience for brand partners, ensuring accurate and efficient ticket resolution.
  • Report to the CTO and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop support infrastructure including runbooks, escalation matrices, and SLA tiers.
  • Implement QA processes and feedback loops to reduce reliance on Engineering.
  • Drive resolution quality, brand experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
