Compensation Program Leadership:

• Oversee annual and quarterly compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity adjustments.
• Develop comprehensive calendars, checklists, and decision points to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Drive programs to ensure stakeholders are well-informed and deliverables are met.

Market Strategy and Architecture:

• Maintain job architecture, leveling guidelines, and market-based salary ranges using current survey data.
• Recommend targeted adjustments to compensation to remain competitive and equitable in the market.
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic compensation decisions.

Insights and Tooling:

• Build models and dashboards to connect pay outcomes with budget, performance metrics, and employee attrition rates.
• Improve compensation-related systems and workflows in collaboration with People Ops and Finance teams.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and inform compensation program enhancements.
