Responsibilities:
- Partner with the General Counsel to improve the employee experience.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Required Skill Sets and Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant human resources experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field.
- Strong familiarity and experience executing HR disciplines including HRIS.
