About the role:
- Volume-driven customer service role supporting daily health insurance operations.
- Reports to the Concierge Operations Manager; remote from Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures, and tools.
- Work with members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple channels.
Requirements:
- 1+ years customer service experience and 6+ months healthcare experience.
- High school diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
