About the Role:
- This role leads Thumbtack's talent and organizational development strategy, reporting to the Head of People.
- You will design and implement integrated systems for performance, career architecture, leadership development, and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the multi-year roadmap for talent and OD with measurable outcomes.
- Evolve performance management, career frameworks, and talent planning.
- Apply an AI-first approach to build scalable, personalized development experiences.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, OD, or L&D, with 4+ years leading teams.
- Deep expertise in performance, career architecture, and succession.
- Credibility with senior leaders and ability to lead through ambiguity.
