Your Role:

• You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for product and design roles, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• You will apply your deep market knowledge to source, engage, and close senior passive candidates using modern platforms.
• You will serve as a mentor, sharing best practices and elevating the Talent Acquisition team.
