What You'll Do:
- Lead customer implementations of our products (Patient Throughput, Clinical Staffing, or both) from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout.
- Partner with Customer Success team members to ensure that the product and workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimally.
- Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
- At least 2 years in a client- or customer-facing role (management consulting, customer success, implementation management).
- At least 3 years in a quantitative and data-intensive role, plus healthcare IT systems experience.
