About the role:

  • Play an important role in connecting with prospective customers and growing the Workplace business.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing team to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings that support the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads and progress them to Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers.

Essential Criteria:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience engaging prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
  • Track record of achieving activity or performance targets and CRM proficiency.
