Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and ongoing delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, including data preparation, recurring processes, and documentation.
  • Analyze compensation benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and rewards data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation activities such as merit increases, incentives, and promotions, ensuring accurate inputs and timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience, with 4+ years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation, plus experience with HR systems and benchmarking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
