Team Leader

The Role:

• The Outbound BDR team is where pipeline gets built.
• As Team Leader, you'll keep it moving — close to calls, numbers, and people.
• You'll translate targets into clear daily focus and work with Sales and Marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Own the team target and pipeline numbers, translating quarterly goals into weekly priorities.
• Coach your team through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and messaging sessions.
• Build an environment where BDRs feel supported with honest feedback.

What We're Looking For:

• Around 5 years in a commercial role with some leadership experience.
• Strong track record as a BDR or SDR and a feel for outbound.
• Comfortable reading performance data and using it to make decisions.
