What You'll Do:
- Own the Southern California market, building pipeline from scratch and closing deals with restaurant groups and hospitality operators.
- Drive account-based strategy, developing target account lists and building multi-threaded relationships within priority accounts.
- Represent Focal on the ground, attending industry events and building a local network in hospitality and food & beverage.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven experience in account-based selling and deep familiarity with the LA, Orange County, and San Diego market.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early management instincts, with genuine enthusiasm for Focal's product.
