Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with revenue leadership to operationalize GTM priorities through clear analysis, scalable processes, and disciplined execution.
  • Own and continuously improve Algolia's revenue forecasting framework, including process, governance, methodology, and the weekly/quarterly cadence.
  • Build and maintain forecasting, pipeline, and performance models that deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, coverage, conversion, yield, and attainment.

About You:

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially curious, with a knack for turning complex GTM data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Comfortable working closely with Revenue leaders, asking thoughtful questions, and bringing structure to ambiguous business problems.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and take pride in building trusted partnerships across teams.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or a related analytical role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics, including bookings, ARR, pipeline, coverage, conversion, and forecast accuracy.
  • Salesforce proficiency required; experience with forecasting tools like Gong Forecast or Clari is strongly preferred.
