Operations & Territory Design:

  • Own territory models across all segments, balancing account load and rep capacity.
  • Evaluate pod models, geo-based assignments, and vertical overlays.
  • Map account potential to ensure fair territories across Sales and Customer Success.

Annual Planning & Comp Modeling:

  • Build the annual GTM planning model linking revenue targets to quotas and headcount.
  • Manage quota deployment timing and overdeployment logic.
  • Coordinate with Finance on AOP alignment and structural gap identification.

Forecasting & Analytics:

  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast roll-up with variance analysis.
  • Build pipeline coverage standards based on historical conversion rates.
  • Produce forecast accuracy scorecards for leaders to improve submission quality.

Channel & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Drive channel-forward GTM by defining booking attribution and building capacity models.
  • Act as RevOps liaison to Finance, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
  • Support CS and Renewal Ops on NRR, GRR, and renewal coverage planning.
