Operations & Territory Design:
- Own territory models across all segments, balancing account load and rep capacity.
- Evaluate pod models, geo-based assignments, and vertical overlays.
- Map account potential to ensure fair territories across Sales and Customer Success.
Annual Planning & Comp Modeling:
- Build the annual GTM planning model linking revenue targets to quotas and headcount.
- Manage quota deployment timing and overdeployment logic.
- Coordinate with Finance on AOP alignment and structural gap identification.
Forecasting & Analytics:
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast roll-up with variance analysis.
- Build pipeline coverage standards based on historical conversion rates.
- Produce forecast accuracy scorecards for leaders to improve submission quality.
Channel & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Drive channel-forward GTM by defining booking attribution and building capacity models.
- Act as RevOps liaison to Finance, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
- Support CS and Renewal Ops on NRR, GRR, and renewal coverage planning.
