Sr. People Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. People Operations Specialist to own key People Operations processes.
• This role ensures accurate, timely, and consistent delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with systems and data, and able to collaborate effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own key employee lifecycle processes including offboarding, role transitions, promotions, and transfers.
• Manage employee requests and People Operations tickets, resolving complex queries and acting as escalation point.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance across HRIS and People systems, conducting audits and reconciliations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of People Operations experience.
• Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HRIS platforms like Darwinbox, ADP.
• Experience supporting India People Operations and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
