Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers in a banking/financial services environment.
• Resolve service problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use email, chat, or social channels to address concerns.

About You:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience and finished high school education.
• Strong interpersonal, probing, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
