What You'll Do:
- Oversee the technical implementation and synchronization of daily rosters for district partners.
- Meet with district partners during onboarding to gather rostering info and explain processes.
- Become a product expert and support unique district implementations with close attention to detail.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in customer onboarding or technical support, with rostering experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a people-first attitude.
- Knowledge of K-12 users and stakeholders, and a passion for the Khan Academy mission.
