Customer Service Representative – Utility Billing

Role Overview:

• Support customers with natural gas utility accounts in a remote environment.
• Help with billing questions, payments, account details, and general concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments and update customer account information accurately.
• Document interactions and escalate issues when needed following privacy procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service while navigating multiple computer systems.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliable attendance.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Starting pay $14/hr plus shift differential of $1/hr for nights and weekends.
• Full-time 40 hours, with paid training and benefit eligibility after 60 days.
