Manage 20–40 inbound calls per day and support tickets from hospice organizations and pharmacies.
Make outbound calls to welcome users, provide guidance, and offer brief training sessions.
Collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams to improve satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Previous experience in SaaS customer support, client services, or a related field is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Must be able to work fully remotely from the United States with a professional home office.
