Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds defined SLAs.
  • Oversee the provision of accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment with prior team lead experience.
  • Experience researching problems, analyzing trends, and distributing findings through ITSM.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with extensive customer service.
