About the Role:
- You'll manage multiple onboarding journeys from point of sale to training handover.
- You'll lead consultations and guide schools through setup processes.
- You'll act as the primary contact for customers during their onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer onboarding, success, or account management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
