Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective clients using CRM, social media, and sales intelligence tools, executing outbound call and email campaigns.
• Build relationships with key contacts to nurture opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and align pipeline activities with target revenue goals.
• Support deal conversion by ensuring timely proposal delivery and staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in food services, hospitality, or convenience solutions, with a hunter mindset.
• Proficiency in conveying product details, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships to grow the client base.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of management and functional experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range from $74,290 to $115,500 per year, with compensation based on education, experience, skills, and training.
