Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy, including recruiting, managing, and growing channel partnerships.
  • Monitor and execute the Channel Plan with training programs, certifications, and partner performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to lead special channel initiatives and ensure partners are effectively enabled.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, channel management, or partner development with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated success working with national partners, technology vendors, distributors, resellers, and consulting firms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales and market data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification and the ability to travel up to 50%.
