About the Role:
- Empowerly is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Admissions Sales Development Representative to join the Sales team.
- You'll be the first point of contact for families, qualifying needs and scheduling consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Empowerly professionally and empathetically in all interactions.
- Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns and follow up with families to re-engage them.
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a competitive U.S. university and 1+ years of sales development or customer-facing experience.
- Ability to work mid-shift (10am-7pm PST) and at least one weekend shift per week.
- Strong communication skills, coachable, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total OTE $85,000-$90,000 per year with base salary and monthly variable compensation.
