About the Role:

  • You will be Allium's first dedicated sales leader for Latin America — the founding architect of our regional go-to-market.
  • This is not a territory management role.
  • You will build the LATAM sales motion from scratch.

What You’ll Own:

  • Build and execute the full LATAM sales strategy.
  • Source, qualify, and close deals with crypto exchanges, protocols, DeFi apps, TradFi institutions, payment companies, compliance teams, and analytics firms across the region.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with key ecosystem players.

About You:

  • Have 7+ years of B2B sales or BD experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
  • Have a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and building relationships with technical and executive decision-makers
  • Are deeply embedded in LATAM's crypto, Web3, or fintech ecosystem
