What You'll Do:

  • Hire and manage a team of A-players to create and grow business into new and existing accounts.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the team.
  • Provide strategic oversight and coaching on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience selling enterprise software and/or eQMS to industries like chemical, packaging, logistics, toys, and consumer electronics.
  • 3+ years experience managing a team of 4+ Account Executives selling software to multiple industries.
  • Understanding of Quality, Document Management, EHS solutions, and enterprise software sales cycles.
