About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partner clients.
- Drive the full client lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Build and maintain deep, executive-level client relationships that position Boldin as a long-term partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify, scope, and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Monitor key success metrics and client health scores to anticipate needs and mitigate churn risk.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client account management, customer success, or program management in SaaS or fintech.
- Experience scaling an account management practice at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
- Proven track record of growing and expanding large, sophisticated accounts.
