About the Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partner clients.
  • Drive the full client lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Build and maintain deep, executive-level client relationships that position Boldin as a long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify, scope, and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Monitor key success metrics and client health scores to anticipate needs and mitigate churn risk.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in client account management, customer success, or program management in SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience scaling an account management practice at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding large, sophisticated accounts.
