Responsibilities:
- Partner with Public Sector customers to translate pre-sales command plans into clear, actionable objectives and guide effective platform use.
- Map and manage the customer journey, coaching on new GitLab use cases and DevSecOps best practices.
- Act as primary liaison coordinating responses to questions and escalations with Support, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility as a United States Person with background in Customer Success driving satisfaction and retention.
- Understanding of Git, branching strategies, software development lifecycle, and DevSecOps concepts.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills to manage diverse customer portfolios.
