An overview of this role:
- The Customer Success Architect (CSA) focuses on aligning customers with their business objectives and driving long-term success.
- CSAs serve as trusted advisors, leveraging DevSecOps expertise to help customers navigate complex challenges.
- They act as liaisons between customers and GitLab ecosystem teams like Product Management and Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives using the GitLab platform.
- Guide customers through the customer journey, manage escalations, and provide onboarding activities.
- Build Customer Success Plans with key performance indicators and support Services in identifying training needs.
What You’ll Bring:
- Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing adoption and retention.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
