An overview of this role:

  • The Customer Success Architect (CSA) focuses on aligning customers with their business objectives and driving long-term success.
  • CSAs serve as trusted advisors, leveraging DevSecOps expertise to help customers navigate complex challenges.
  • They act as liaisons between customers and GitLab ecosystem teams like Product Management and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives using the GitLab platform.
  • Guide customers through the customer journey, manage escalations, and provide onboarding activities.
  • Build Customer Success Plans with key performance indicators and support Services in identifying training needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing adoption and retention.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.

  • The CSA team focuses on hands-on technical enablement, adoption, and customer relationship management.
  • They maintain strong alignment with customer business goals while driving technical maturity.
  • The team collaborates closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Product to ensure customer success.
