Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service and sales activities.
• Coordinate RFP submittal, manage contract documents, and onboard new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities and follow up on inbound leads via phone and email.
• Manage accounts through the full sales process including quoting, orders, and A/R issues.
• Support outside sales with bid preparation, lead management, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, Marketing, or related field (or 4 years experience).
• 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Authorization to work in the US and professional English proficiency required.
