About the Role:
- As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them achieve their training goals.
- Your performance is measured through renewals, account growth, churn rate, and customer satisfaction.
Performance Objectives:
- In your first 30 days: Complete onboarding, deliver presentations, and begin onboarding three new enterprise customers.
- By 90 days: Fully manage a portfolio of complex accounts, forecast renewals, and meet retention and upsell OKRs.
