Co-op/Intern Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:

• This role is the first and most frequent interaction candidates have with Kinaxis, and coordinators are proactive partners who help navigate the hiring process successfully.
• You will be the primary point of contact for complex scheduling requests, working closely with recruiters, executive assistants, hiring managers, and candidates.
• This is a full-time, 12-month co-op/intern position starting January 2027, open to current students or recent graduates.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate complex interview schedules using GoodTime and SmartRecruiters, with a focus on executive-level interviews and panel coordination.
• Manage urgent and last-minute scheduling requests while maintaining a high level of service for candidates and hiring teams.
• Support reporting, data updates, process documentation, and operational projects across the Talent Acquisition function.

What You Bring:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems such as SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, or iCIMS is considered an asset.
