About the Role:
- Seeking a calm, empathetic Membership Specialist to support members remotely.
- Respond to email and Slack inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Respond to membership emails within a 4-hour window.
- Monitor and respond to Slack inquiries from members and internal teams.
- De-escalate sensitive situations and troubleshoot account issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience with proven de-escalation skills.
- Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage time and meet response windows.
