Build and manage a durable analytics and reporting capability with scenario modeling.

About You:

10+ years of progressive compensation experience with leadership responsibility in high-growth tech or global companies.
Deep expertise in broad-based compensation, annual cycles, salary structures, market pricing, and pay equity.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel and Workday experience.
