Position Overview:
- Make outbound calls on behalf of the Republican party to encourage voter turnout.
- Support customer service, technical support, and sales interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely manner.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work scheduled shifts.
