What You'll Do:

• Lead recurring customer sessions to identify, prioritize, and design outcome-driven use cases.
• Guide customers in embedding Nexthink into service management and cross-functional operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into structured solution designs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience in the technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong ability to gather and translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
