About the Role:
- You'll own the full BD motion for mid-market health system opportunities in your territory.
- You'll be the face of Headway to care management and clinical operations leaders.
- You'll also support Associate Principals on larger enterprise deals and mentor BDRs.
You Will Love This Role If:
- You have 5+ years of BD or sales experience in healthcare or health tech.
- You've sold into health systems and understand care management workflows.
- You are strategic, scrappy, and a clear communicator.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay range $111,520 - $164,000, plus equity and bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and 16-week parental leave.
