Account Management
Overview:
- Acts in a lead capacity for existing and new business.
- Drives revenue by meeting renewal, upsell, and cross-sell targets.
- Manages price uplifts and upselling/cross-selling across the product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain account health by constant discovery and customer alignment
- Nurture strong relationships with C-level execs and key stakeholders across systems and institutions
- Manage quarterly onsite business and roadmap reviews with key clients.
Qualifications:
- Account Management, Customer Success experience within SaaS or EdTech (Higher Ed).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Success using a consultative discovery-based sales approach.
