Role Overview:
- Responsible for service revenue in a specific territory, including renewals and subscriptions.
- Serve as the service expert and drive contract closures within 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Quote, upsell, and manage service contracts for existing customers.
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance while managing pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience and strong telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel; networking knowledge a bonus.
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $70,000–$80,000 USD plus commission (70/30 split).
