Senior People Operations Manager

About the Role:

• You will lead HR operations programs from ambiguous briefs to clear execution, defining scope, owners, milestones, and success measures.
• You own the People technology stack (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and drive configuration, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
• You serve as the go-to partner for Payroll, IT, Legal, and People teams to build scalable, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a tiered HR support model with clear ownership and service levels.
• Map current and future workflows across People, Payroll, Finance, and IT to reduce manual work and maximize automation.
• Author and maintain SOPs and documentation for the function, ensuring audit-ready consistency.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience owning People Operations programs in a high-growth tech environment and building structure from ambiguity.
• Strong functional ownership of HR platforms and hands-on configuration skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority and communicate clearly at all levels.
