Responsibilities:

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle—from strategic framing through prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Design and execute bespoke structures, applying creativity in commercial and transaction design.
  • Develop clear, compelling business cases that secure alignment and buy-in from senior leadership.

Skills:

  • Experience in product / corporate / strategic partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
  • A strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
