NOL Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily phone coverage for the Notice of Loss 800 number while adhering to scripts and best practices.
• Assist customers by setting up claim first notices and keeping accurate records of all interactions.
• Provide accurate and timely answers to routine claim inquiries and update claims in the appropriate system.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of customer service principles, including assessing needs and evaluating satisfaction.
• Strong active listening and communication skills, with demonstrated teamwork abilities.
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred; familiarity with claims systems is a plus.
