About The Role:
- Act as a 'Strong Operator', taking ownership of the Pro journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Angi products and policy changes.
- Participate in coaching and calibration sessions.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a high-volume inbound customer support or account management role.
- Ability to navigate multiple tools and troubleshoot mobile apps.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average annual earning of $40,000 - $45,000
