Role Overview:

  • Gradial is seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale the enterprise new business team, driving predictable revenue growth and building systems for the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on net-new customer acquisition.
  • Drive attainment of team revenue targets through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with significant experience selling marketing technology to enterprises.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing quota-carrying Account Executives in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong enterprise sales leadership skills with experience managing complex sales cycles and executive-level engagement.
