About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers in the NA region.
  • Develop deep understanding of Dragos Platform, WorldView Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services.
  • Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and partner with customers to define success criteria and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Own customer success plans and conduct regular business reviews to assess value realization.
  • Account and Churn Risk Management: proactively engage, identify risks, and manage recovery plans.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success managing renewal, retention, and expansion metrics.
  • Ability to translate cybersecurity capabilities into business outcomes and communicate to executives.
