About the Role:
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers in the NA region.
- Develop deep understanding of Dragos Platform, WorldView Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services.
- Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships and partner with customers to define success criteria and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Own customer success plans and conduct regular business reviews to assess value realization.
- Account and Churn Risk Management: proactively engage, identify risks, and manage recovery plans.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated success managing renewal, retention, and expansion metrics.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity capabilities into business outcomes and communicate to executives.
